compliance with current security standards. While the Internet is never one hundred percent (100%) secure, Charity Valet works constantly to stay on the forefront of online
security through multiple levels of encryption and regular external vulnerability scans. For your own protection, use caution when using the Internet.
We may use the Personal Information we receive for the purposes set forth in our Privacy Policy or as you may otherwise be notified. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information
we process is relevant and reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current to the extent necessary for the purposes for which we use the Personal Information. We will not process
Personal Information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by you. We will adhere to the Principles for as long as we retain the
Personal Information collected under the DPF. When we process Personal Information on behalf of our enterprise customers, we process and retain Personal Information as necessary to provide our
services to our customers, or as required or permitted under applicable law.
You can also unsubscribe from our marketing communications by following the instructions or unsubscribe mechanism in the e-mail message or by contacting Charity Valet customer support. If we
intend to use your Personal Information for a purpose that is materially different from the purposes listed in this policy or our Privacy Policy, or if we intend to disclose it to a third party acting as
a controller not previously identified, we will offer you the opportunity to opt-out of such uses and/or disclosures where it involves non-sensitive information or opt-in where sensitive information is involved.
Our use of your personally identifiable information may be subject to investigation and enforcement under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, and/or you may be able to invoke binding arbitration to assert
your rights. Charity Valet will disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

CCPA Rights Requests
Right to Know and Right to Delete. You can request what personal information we have collected, used and disclosed in the preceding twelve (12) months. You can also request that we delete your personal information. We
may not delete all of your personal information if one of the following exceptions applies:
- Transactional: to complete a transaction for which your personal information was collected, provide a service requested by you, or perform a contract we have with you;
- Security: to detect data security incidents;
- Error Correction: to debug or repair any errors;
- Legal: to protect against fraud or illegal activity or to comply with applicable law or a legal obligation, or exercise rights under the law, such as the right to free speech; or
- Internal Use: to use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information (i.e. to improve our service).
Please note that if we delete your personal information, some of our services will very limited or not work the same. For example, you will no longer have access to view locate, view or reprint orders. Our
Customer Services will also no longer be able to locate or view your historical account information or order history.

verify your provided matches what we have in our system. Upon receipt of your request, we will also ask you to verify your email address. We will maintain a record of your request to know or request to delete.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA Rights and we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you with a lesser quality of goods or services
if you exercise any of your CCPA Rights.
Colorado Privacy Rights
The Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) is a state law that gives consumers the right to know what personal information is being collected about them, why it is being collected, and how it will be used. CPA also gives
consumers the right to control how their personal information is used and to delete their personal information. This section describes those rights and how you can exercise those rights with Charity Valet
CPA grants consumers, or parents or guardians of children under 13, the right to:
- Opt out of processing their personal data for:
- targeted advertising;
- personal data sales; or
- Know whether a controller processes their personal data.
- Access, correct, and delete their personal data.
- Obtain a copy of their personal data in a commonly used and machine-readable format, known in other jurisdictions as the right to data portability, up to two times per year.

Nevada Consumer Privacy Rights
Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A provides consumers the right to request companies not to sell their personal information - even if the company is not currently selling such information. Charity Valet does

Oregon Consumer Privacy Rights
The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) gives Oregon residents certain rights over their personal data and establishes responsibilities and privacy protection standards for businesses that process personal data. The OCPA
provides the following rights to Oregon residents: (1) confirm whether a business is processing the consumer's personal data; (2) request the business that is processing the consumer's personal data to provide a list of
third parties the personal data has been provided to; (3) the right to delete their personal data; (4) the right to obtain a copy of their personal data; and (5) the right to opt out of the sale of their personal data and

Charity Valet FERPA Privacy Policy Notice
Purpose: This policy outlines the obligations of Charity Valet working with educational institutions or schools regarding the protection and handling of student educational records as defined by the Family
Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99).
Confidentiality: Charity Valet personnel must maintain the confidentiality of all student information, including but not limited to names, grades, addresses, and any other personally identifiable
information (PII) contained in educational records that Charity Valet have access to as a result of the services it provides to educational institutions or schools.
Permissible Use: Charity Valet may only access and use student educational records for the specific purpose outlined in the contract with the Institution and only to the extent necessary to fulfill the
agreed-upon services.
Storage and Security: Charity Valet must implement and maintain adequate security measures to protect student educational records from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification, including but not
limited to physical security measures, data encryption, and access controls.
Disclosure: Charity Valet may not disclose student educational records to any third party without the prior written consent of the student (or the student's parent or guardian, if the student is a minor)
or as otherwise permitted by FERPA.
Data Retention: Charity Valet must retain student educational records only for the duration necessary to fulfill the contract with the educational institutions or schools and must destroy or return the
records upon completion of the contract, as specified in the contract.
Training: Charity Valet personnel must receive adequate training on FERPA regulations and the educational institutions or schools' policies regarding student privacy and data protection.
Compliance: Charity Valet must comply with all applicable provisions of FERPA and the Institution's policies regarding student privacy and data protection (if they apply).
Reporting Violations: Charity Valet must immediately report any suspected or actual violations of FERPA or the educational institutions or schools' policies to the designated educational institutions or
schools contact person.
