We all can be proud of our Trabuco Hills HS Baseball and Water Polo programs. Success of our fundraising events rest on our team families, wives and friends who make it all happen! Please sign up for one of these needed positions. More info will come as needed. We are requesting Parents, Players & Friends sign up to help be a part of our Volunteer team.

Set up Silent Auction 9:00-10:30am

Arrange 10 to 12 items on 2 tables on event lawn. Lay down corresponding bidsheet, signage, and pens.

Volunteer Coordinator

Remaining Positions: 1

This role will coordinate all volunteers after they determine how many they need, and for what. They will handle the volunteer shirts and basic needs such as meals, beverages, etc. They will assign volunteer responsibilities to each committee member, if needed, and direct all volunteers on the day of the tournament.

Assist Registration 9:30am - 12:30pm

Check in golfers, Assist Raffle Board, Sell Players Card/Super Ticket, Drone Drop Balls sales, Mobile Credit Card Payment Cashier, Gift Table, Oversee Silent Auction on Event Lawn

Hat Gift Fitting Table 9:30am - 12:30pm

Assist golfers with Fitting/sizing of golf hat gift, 1 per golfer. keep accurate record of inventory.

Roosters Info Booth Volunteer 10am-1pm

Remaining Positions: 1

Best if Roosters Member. Display Roosters Membership information & brochures. Tell golfers about what Roosters do. Hand out snacks or candy TBD. Jon Giberson to bring Roosters banners & EZ up for shade.

Mobile Payment Cashier 5:30pm-7pm

Work quickly to process Mobile credit card payments for silent auction winners as they leave after dinner.

Pack up Inventory & Load Car 7:00pm - 8pm
